On December 24, 2024, I had the valuable opportunity to serve as a trainer for the “Junior Web Programming” Competency Certification program organized by Olat Maras Training Center (OMTC). This program was designed to equip participants with industry-standard web programming skills and provide them with a recognized competency certification.
During the training session, I guided participants through the fundamentals of web development, covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend concepts. Beyond theory, the training emphasized hands-on practice, allowing participants to work on real-world projects as part of their certification assessment.
The enthusiasm from the participants was remarkable, reflected in engaging discussions on coding best practices, website optimization, and the latest trends in web development. I also shared insights on how to build a strong portfolio to enhance their career prospects in the tech industry.
I truly appreciate OMTC for organizing this program as a platform for young talents to enhance their web development skills. Hopefully, this certification will be a stepping stone for participants to unlock better career opportunities in the technology sector.
