On December 15, 2024, I had the opportunity to be a speaker at the Public Lecture titled “The Role of Organizations in the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Era,” organized by the Department of Advocacy and Strategic Studies, BEM Faculty of Systems Engineering, Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa (UTS). The event took place at the Sports Hall in Desa Leseng and was attended by students and academics eager to explore the impact of AI on organizations.

During my session, I discussed how AI is transforming the organizational landscape and how we can adapt and leverage its potential effectively. AI’s rapid development presents both challenges and opportunities, particularly in management, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The discussion became even more engaging as participants raised insightful questions about the implications of AI on leadership and the future of organizations. I also shared perspectives on how organizations can integrate AI into their operations while maintaining a human-centered approach to leadership.

This event was not just an opportunity to share knowledge but also a platform to expand networks and engage in deeper discussions about the future of organizations in the digital age. I truly appreciate BEM FRS UTS for organizing this insightful session and all the participants for their active engagement.
