On December 15, 2024<\/strong>, I had the opportunity to be a speaker at the Public Lecture<\/strong> titled “The Role of Organizations in the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Era,”<\/strong> organized by the Department of Advocacy and Strategic Studies, BEM Faculty of Systems Engineering, Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa (UTS).<\/strong> The event took place at the Sports Hall in Desa Leseng<\/strong> and was attended by students and academics eager to explore the impact of AI on organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my session, I discussed how AI is transforming the organizational landscape<\/strong> and how we can adapt and leverage its potential effectively.<\/strong> AI\u2019s rapid development presents both challenges and opportunities, particularly in management, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussion became even more engaging as participants raised insightful questions about the implications of AI on leadership and the future of organizations.<\/strong> I also shared perspectives on how organizations can integrate AI<\/strong> into their operations while maintaining a human-centered approach to leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event was not just an opportunity to share knowledge but also a platform to expand networks and engage in deeper discussions<\/strong> about the future of organizations in the digital age. I truly appreciate BEM FRS UTS<\/strong> for organizing this insightful session and all the participants for their active engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
